How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the brand confirms receipt of your item. 

Please note, you must have posted your item within 14 days of submitting your return request to be eligible for a refund.

Only until the brand have confirmed they received the return, can we process your refund to your original payment method. All of the return labels generated by our return portal will contain a tracking a number that you can use to see if the parcel has been delivered to the brand.

Please allow a few days for the funds to show in your account/gift card.
