I need to cancel my order

We are able to cancel your order as long as the brand has not dispatched the item to you.

After the item has been dispatched, unfortunately it is not possible to recall the parcel and our normal returns policy will apply. 

Please inform us that you would like to cancel as soon as possible, to give us the best chance of preventing the brand from shipping the order.
