My discount code isn't working

In the first instance, please ensure you have correctly entered your discount code with no spaces either side and in the correct case (it is case-sensitive).

If you are using your 10% sign-up discount, this must not have been redeemed already.

If you cannot get your discount code to work, please contact customers@immaculatevegan.com and we can make it right for you!
