How to return an item internationally
If you are returning an item to a brand that is based outside of your own country, this will be treated as a non-domestic return and you will need to follow extra steps:
Note: parcels being sent to the EU from within the EU do not need to follow the below process and can be sent in the normal way
1) Submit your return request using our return portal and complete payment for your return label (if applicable)
2) Ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE"
3) Complete and enclose a returns or exchange form in the package, depending on what you would like to do
4) Affix any invoices the brand sent you to the outside of the box as well as any other documents included with your label, generated by our return portal.
5) Print off your label and affix to the box, before dropping off at your local courier service point.
If you do not follow these steps, the brand may incur import charges that you – the customer – will be liable for. This amount will be deducted from your refund as well as any shipping costs.
It may be advisable to take a photo of your package and completed customs form in the event of any dispute.
You'll also need to attach the correct shipping label to the parcel or detail the return shipping address on the parcel. We cannot be held responsible if the wrong shipping label is attached to the wrong box.
We are here to help so if you would like to clarify any of the above, do let us know on customers@immaculatevegan.com
