Will I be charged import taxes / duties?

If you order items from brands that are based within your own country, no import taxes or fees will apply.

However, if you order items and the value of your order with that brand exceeds the threshold for that region, you may be charged import taxes. Please check our articles for each region here.

We will try our best to contact you before the item is shipped if we believe your order will incur charges but we are unable to guarantee this. 

We cannot be held responsible if your order rightfully incurs further taxes. If you decide to reject the goods, the fees will still be payable as the courier has incurred costs to import the package to your country.
