Do you offer free returns?

Some of our brands offer free worldwide returns however, due to the low margins that most of our brands operate under, it is not feasible for them to offer free returns.

You can check if your brand offers free returns here - if there is no mention of free returns under the brand name, the brand does not offer free returns and returns will be at the cost of the customer.

If your brand does not offer free returns, you will need to send the item back yourself using a pre-paid label generated by our return portal (return costs will vary depending on your location in relation to the brand's but tend to be more competitive than sending as a customer).

Generally, orders that are being sent back within the same country as you, will cost under £10 tracked.
