My exchange is taking a long time
For the brand to action an exchange, they need to first receive your item back with them for inspection.
Please first check your tracking number to see if the item has been delivered to the brand's return address. If it has, and you haven't heard anything about your exchange, please contact customers@immaculatevegan.com
If it has not yet been delivered, please allow enough time for this to reach the brand (especially if it is an international return). If you are concerned about the amount of time it is taking, again please contact customers@immaculatevegan.com so we can help further.
