I'm not happy with how long my product has lasted

It is very rare that your product will experience a quality issue as we only work with premium and high-quality brands. 

However, if your product has experienced abnormal wear or there's a defect after a certain time, please get in touch with us at customers@immaculatevegan.com along with any photos you can send us.

We will contact the brand for you to see the options available. We always try to help where possible.
