I haven't heard anything about my return
First of all, please let us know if you have returned an item, if you haven't already, as that means we don't have to rely on the brand letting us know.
If you haven't heard anything after you've posted your item, first of all, apologies! Our brands notify us upon every return which is how you get notified but please do email customers@immaculatevegan.com with your tracking information and we can check the status.
We will process a refund once the brand confirms receipt.
