I haven't heard anything about my return

All returns are requested through our return portal. Each label will have a unique tracking number that can be tracked on that courier's website.

A brand must receive the return at their warehouse before the return or exchange can be actioned.

If your tracking number is showing the item has been delivered and you haven't heard anything for 7 days, please do email customers@immaculatevegan.com with your order number and we can check in with the brand.

We will process a refund once the brand confirms receipt.
